Joanna Branson, one of Watermelon Ministries’ Picture the Nations’ photo ambassadors, just returned from a six month long photo journalism trek. She visited China, Cambodia, Thailand, India, Nepal, Czech Republic and the Netherlands to research how treatments can improve the self image of sex trafficking victims and their perception of control. She ended her journey in Iceland to rest, write her thoughts and to process photos.
